Keep it Real! Integrating Authentic Tasks and Materials into the English Classroom. Workshop.

On February 14th and 15th the United States Embassy in coordination with the Escuela Normal Superior de México (ENSM) and the Sector Educativo No 1 of DESGVM offered this Workshop to teachers of Naucalpan.

This 10 hours Workshop was intended to improve teachers strategies in some areas:

- Authentic Written Materials

- Teaching Listening with Authentic Materials

- Teaching Listening Using Songs

- Teaching with Video

The Conductor Mrs. Brigette Miller is a Senior English Language Fellow currently working as an English Language Specialist with the Office of English Language Programs at the U.S. Embassy.

We got fun and in opinion of some teachers "we learned so much", "we have had good results in our classrooms", "I have practiced your Restaurant Excercise and my students have been more intersted than with the traditional restaurant excercises".
